Domestic Shipping (India)
All our products are freshly packed upon receiving your order to ensure that you receive the best quality teas.
We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart and shipping aggregators like Shiprocket and Nimbus Post to ensure safe and timely delivery to your specified address.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable events.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for selected locations in India.
If you do not see the COD option at checkout, it means your postal code is not eligible for Cash on Delivery services.
Order Status Updates and Tracking
You can log into your account to check your order status and track delivery. The following order statuses are used:
- New: Order has been placed and packing/dispatch process has begun.
- Processing: Order is being packed and prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: Order has been dispatched and is on its way. Tracking details are available in your account or email.
- On Hold: Order is temporarily paused due to additional information required or technical reasons. Please contact us for clarification.
- Cancelled: Order has been cancelled either by you or by Sungood Wellness.
- Returned: Order was returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts. Please contact us to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth shipment and delivery, customers are requested to follow these guidelines:
- Accurate Details: Provide complete and accurate billing and shipping address, PIN code, email ID, and phone number while placing the order. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided.
- Billing vs Shipping Address: Billing Address refers to the address linked to your payment method for transaction verification. Shipping Address refers to the address where the order will be delivered.
- Address Modifications: Customers cannot edit the billing or shipping address after placing the order. For any changes, please contact the Sungood Wellness Team via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
- Liability Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery, we disclaim liability for delays, losses, or damages during transit. However, we do offer replacement, return, and refund options under special circumstances as per our Return & Refund Policy.
