Damaged or Defective Product
If the packaging or the product is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@sungoodwellness.com within 24 hours of delivery.
You are required to share clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product for verification purposes.
Subject to verification:
- We will arrange a pickup of the damaged or defective product.
- You may choose a replacement product.
- If you prefer, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Product or Quantity Dispatched
If you receive an incorrect product or incorrect quantity, please contact us at info@sungoodwellness.com along with photographs of the delivered product(s).
After verification, we will arrange for replacement with the correct product(s). Kindly allow up to 7 working days to process and arrange the replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
Except for the situations mentioned above (damaged/defective or incorrect product), we are unable to offer returns or replacements.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only under the circumstances mentioned above.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment within a reasonable processing time, depending on the payment provider.
