Return and Refund Policy

sometimes there might be issues with the product/products , you are not
satisfied with . Our returns and refund policy mentioned below concerns
such situations :
Damaged/Defective product: In case the packaging, or the product
was defective or damaged, then please contact us at (email id )
within 24 hours of parcel delivered , and kindly share the pics and
video of the same . Subject to verification, we will have a pick up
for the damaged/defective product/products arranged and replace
the order with another product/products of your choice, in case
you want to get the refund for the damaged/defective
product/products ,
Incorrect product/quantity dispatched : In case we have shipped
the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please contact us at email
id along with the pics of product/products delivered and we will
have it replaced with the correct product/products . Please allow
us at least 07 days to arrange the replacements.
Apart from these abovementioned situations , we are unable to offer
return/ replacement of products .
We are committed to offer impeccable customer services by refunding
the full amount against the product/products under abovementioned
circumstances to the original source of payment only .
