Ingredients : 2.5 cups water, 3-4
chamomile tea bags, 1–2 tbsp sweetener

a.) Steep: Pour hot water over 2-3 tea
bags. Cover and steep for 3-4 minutes
for amazing flavor.
b.) Sweeten (optional) : Remove bags
and stir in sweetener
(honey/jaggery/sugar ) while warm.
Cool: Let it reach room temperature, then
stir in lemon juice
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours
Serve: Pour into glasses filled with ice,
garnished with mint.
