For Domestic Shipping
All our Products are packed on receiving the orders to make sure that we serve
you with the freshest form of Teas. We work with renowned courier partners such
as Blue Dart, and Shipping aggregators like Ship Rocket , Nimbus Post to make
sure your order reaches at your mentioned address/addresses in the best
possible way within expected time duration ,but kindly note that due to
unforeseen circumstances , Delivery times and services can also be
impacted like Public and other holidays, weather conditions , etc.
Cash On Delivery (COD):
We are delighted to announce that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers for
selected locations in India. If you do not see a COD shipping method then your postal code
will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery.
Order Status Updates And Tracking:
You can log into your account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to
track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:
- New: This order has been placed by the customer, and standard protocol for shipping that order packing and dispatching process has begun .
- Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be packed and printed as per requirements and finally packaged.
- Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by sungood wellness , and is on its way to reach the mentioned address . You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email.
- On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order also.
- Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or sungood wellness If you want more information about this, please contact us.
- Returned: This order was returned to sungood wellness after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided while placing the order . Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the additional charges .
For providing the impeccable shipment services , We request the customers to
comply with the following instructions :
- Customers are requested to provide the complete , valid , accurate address , Pin code , E-mail Id and phone number while filling the Billing and Shipping Address Form or We would not be liable or accountable if any incorrect
information pertaining to the shipping address and Billing address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay or loss of the parcel. - Kindly note that the term Billing Address refers to the postal address linked to a customer’s payment method, like a credit or debit card, used by merchants and banks to verify the customer’s identity and authorize transactions /invoice of the products purchased and the term Shipping Address refers to the address where the order/orders have to be delivered.
- Customers cannot change or edit the shipping or billing address themselves once the order is placed .They have to contact the Sungood Wellness Team through SMS , WhatsApp or Email correspondence to make any modifications in Billing or Shipping Address for delivering the parcel.
- We disclaim any liability or accountability in case of any delay/loss/damage in delivery/ transit of the parcel , nevertheless we do have a replacement , return and refund policy too under special circumstances for honoring our commitment to serving the customers with impeccable customer services.
